With a spiky, interlocking guitar sound, vocals sung entirely in French, and rhythms that twist unpredictably, Montreal's Corridor spent the 2010s making music that hit the sweet spot between pop hooks and post-punk angst. After releasing two albums on which the quintet sharpened their approach, they were signed to Sub Pop -- the first Francophone group to do so -- to release their third record, Junior, in 2019.
