Coralie Clément

About Coralie Clément

Sounding more like such classic '60s French pop vocalists as Jane Birkin and Francoise Hardy -- distilled with the breathy bossa nova of Astrud Gilberto -- than her contemporaries, French vocalist Coralie Clément released her first album, Salle des Pas Perdus, in 2002. The record was a collaborative effort between her and her brother, Benjamin Biolay, an author, composer, and performer who wrote and arranged all 12 of the album's songs during an informal session. ~ Kim Reick Kunoff
