In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a group, some of our earliest musical memories go back to being in rival marching bands in high school playing wind instruments. Attending the same college and joining the band there allowed us to connect and form a partnership as producers. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Robert Glasper Experiment, Black Radio 2 (Deluxe Version) Robert Glasper Experiment, Black Radio Robert Glasper, Black Radio III We love how Robert Glasper makes music that represents the African-American culture so well. He's a true pioneer. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “A Galaxy Song” This song was written to capture our childhood love for video games and how that has morphed into a love for space. This is one of the first songs we produced as a group and we always look back at this to make sure we capture the same type of energy.
