Celestial

Following the jangly lo-fi indie pop path established by C-86 and Sarah Records, Swedish act Celestial are essentially Andreas Hagman with friends helping out. As a youngster he first picked up the trumpet, though years later he acquired a guitar from his father. Hagman released a few early EPs through Lostmusic and Music Is My Girlfriend. The 2007 debut album Dream On, on U.S. label Skipping Stones, includes several re-recorded songs. ~ Kenyon Hopkin
