In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In fifth grade, my friend told me about this amazing song that just I needed to hear ASAP. Up until that point I had never even attempted to look up music on my own. The song was "Bubble Pop Electric" by Gwen Stefani. My life was forever changed. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Britney Spears, Blackout (Deluxe Edition) Gwen Stefani, Love. Angel. Music. Baby (Deluxe Version) Lana Del Rey, Born to Die These are classics that redefined the way we make music. They're complex, sexy, honest, and laced with interested pop hooks, layered productions, and a strong female at the core of the story. These records are the clear building blocks to my sound. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “IT IS WHAT IT IS” This captures so many things that inspire my not only musically, but personally. I made this after I finally processed the remnants of a heartbreak and confusion. It's my unique sound, my truce flag, my truth, my final words to someone I loved. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A career highlight was seeing new fans come in droves after teasing "SCAN AND COPY". It's electrifying to have so many people resonate with a song I made alone, but even better to find so people who were just as passionate about pop music as me.
