In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was younger, we used to take summer trips to the Nashville area to visit my aunt and uncle. Uncle Larry (Kingston) was a country music songwriter, and I was always amazed at his stories and the people he knew. This was my catalyst into music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elton John, Hans Zimmer, Tim Rice, The Lion King (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) Evanescence, The Bitter Truth Matchbox Twenty, Mad Season (Deluxe Version) For "The Bitter Truth" and "Mad Season", it's about the writing style and how the artists speak about real-life issues with such energy. As far as The Lion King Soundtrack, well, when you have a son who listens to it constantly, it grows on you!
