Beyond

Not to be confused with the English progressive thrashers active in the early '90s, Chicago's Beyond featured vocalist Ron Janis, guitarist Mike Vega, bassist Eric Alvarez, and drummer Mike Anderson. Taking somewhat after Fear Factory for their industrial-tinged heavy metal, the band was responsible for a single album, Reassemble, released in 1996. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
