In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I ever performed in public - I had come straight from work (on the checkout at the local supermarket) and I sang a Pete Murray song. None of my friends had ever really heard me perform before and I was nervous as hell! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brad Butcher, Travelling Salesman John Mayer, Room for Squares Kacey Musgraves, Same Trailer Different Park Three albums I can sit down and listen to back-to-front without skipping a single track. Every album shows such strong artistry and every song tells a story. The production on all of them is impeccable and really compliments the artist. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Broken Feathers” Writing this song was such an emotional experience. It was the first time I had the opportunity to write with Felicity Urquhart and she is a phenomenal woman and an amazing artist. We wrote it on a sheep farm in remote NSW and it was FREEZING!! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The whirlwind of releasing my first EP was a big thing for me. Sure, it didn't change the world in sales, but having the opportunity to release my own music and hear my own produced music on the radio was something I'd always dreamed of happening. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My favourite thing to do as an artist is to collaborate. I have a list of a whole bunch of different artists I'd love the opportunity to collaborate with in some way...whether that be a writing session or a duet, I'm super open to anything
