In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I draw influence from my dad's love of what we now call 'classic rock'. I think I was only 9 years old when I played my first gig with my dad in his pub rock band playing covers at Torquay United club bar on Christmas eve 1994! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bring Me The Horizon, That's the Spirit Gary Moore, Wild Frontier (Bonus Track Version) Shinedown, Amaryllis Gary was a huge influence on me getting into playing the guitar and on my playing. He is one of the greatest! BMTH shows the heavier music I grew up with and the harder edge to my influences. Shinedown are the greatest american rock radio bands! Tell us why you chose this song. “My Parade” I'm so proud of this song, it was one of the first times I wrote with Nashville heavy weight songwriters (pinch me moment), and we've created an anthem which I will probably always end my live sets with that the crowd sings along to. Proud moment! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Achieving a number 1 rock & metal album chart in the UK for 'Halo Effect' - which was also a top 5 in the main album chart alongside Beyonce and Linkin Park! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We've played Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Arena but I would love to grace the main stage of Download Festival (we've played stage 2) and Wembley Stadium, even if I'm opening for someone!
