In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Since I am a child I have been exposed to the most beautiful music by the great composers of the past; my first memories are all connected to the theatre, with orchestras performing, and me trying to get lost in their complex sounds. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Glenn Gould, Bach: Goldberg Variations, BWV 988 (The 1955 & 1981 Recordings) Marina Herlop, Pripyat My love for classical music leads me to have a passion for very modern yet intricate records. The bridge between these two worlds is very small to me, and it is what I am inspired by. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Marnie (feat. Hendrik Lasure & Casper Van De Velde)” This song is special to me because it is a free improvisation with a twist: being an actual song, with the structure of a song. We recorded it on our very first day of studio. It is a song about leaving your nest, just to understand where home is. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yeah, plenty. I still have plenty of ideas I want to work on. For now I am looking forward to share my new record, and then starting to work on something new and exciting.
