In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was tiny--maybe 2 or 3 years old--I found a toy ukulele at my grandparents' house and started performing a song I came up with called "Down The Street". Some of the profound lyrics included "Down the street, everybody nice to meet you." What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alabama Shakes, Sound & Color Babehoven, Water's Here In You Clairo, Sling "Sound & Color" has been with me since high school and has inspired me as a songwriter and performer. "Sling" and "Water's Here In You" have inspired so much of that cozy sound I looked for when mixing my music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I can't wait to play the First Avenue mainroom with my solo project. Growing up in Minneapolis I've been to countless shows here. It would be a dream come true.
