Justin Wilson

One-time engineer Justin Wilson honed his easygoing, storytelling style to spice up his 1950s lectures about factory safety. From those odd roots blossomed a half-century-long career as Cajun cook, conservative politician, and raconteur-comedian. His catchphrase “I Ga-Ron-Tee” entered the lexicon of the 1960s and beyond, and Wilson became a recurring guest on the ED SULLIVAN SHOW in addition to releasing a slew of LPs and cookbooks.
