Lil Kesh

Born and raised in Bariga, Lagos State, rapper/singer Lil Kesh made his mainstream debut on the Nigerian music scene in 2014 with viral hip-hop song “Shoki,” leading to remixes from the likes of Davido and Olamide. His first full-length, 2016’s Yagi—short for “Young and Getting It”—embraces street-pop and showcases his powerful voice. Switching gears, Lil Kesh lightens up on his following EPs— 2020’s Ecstasy and 2023’s Rhythm and Tunes. And 2025’s Forever Getting It (FGI) EP offers a culmination of his sonic evolution in the rap and Afrobeats world.
