Douglas Bostock

Conductor Douglas Bostock has headed orchestras in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Japan, Germany, and Singapore, and has appeared as a guest conductor in many other countries. He is also a significant educator who has taught at institutions in Britain, Denmark, and Japan. Bostock has made recordings with many of the ensembles he had conducted, accumulating a catalog of more than 100 albums. In 2025, he led the Südwestdeutsche Kammerorchester Pforzheim on the album British Music for Strings IV.
