In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I began music on trumpet in primary school. At a workshop, three of us played a major triad—probably out of tune, but to me it was magic. That first goosebump moment of making music with friends never left me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Billy Joel, Piano Man Phil Collins, Both Sides (Deluxe Edition) Supertramp, Breakfast in America (Deluxe Edition) 2010 Remaster A few albums from my formative years. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nicky” This is a simple piano ballad I once wrote for a crush. It was one of the first times I felt I was able to convey my deepest feelings through music. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I had the honour of having my music performed off Broadway at the "Beacon Theatre" for a season of shows for Warner Brothers. A significant box checked! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? As a composer, my ultimate aim is to write something that has a big, positive effect on the world.
