About Kraak & Smaak

One of the more popular acts affiliated with the British label Jalapeno Records, Dutch breakbeat trio Kraak & Smaak enjoyed lots of BBC Radio 1 airplay and also drew large crowds for their live performances, including appearances at some of the world's most prestigious festivals: Glastonbury, Coachella, Miami Winter Music Conference, and South by Southwest. Comprised of Oscar de Jong, Mark Kneppers, and Wim Plug, the trio expands when on-stage, adding Rose Spearman (vocals) and Marc Baronner (bass guitar), and when DJing rather than performing as a live band, they're joined by DJ Sargon. ~ Jason Birchmeier
