Martin

The winner of the inaugural season of the Danish version of X Factor, Martin is a pop singer who became a national sensation at the young age of 15. Born in Ørum in 1992, he joined X Factor during the 2007-2008 season, performing songs including "Kiss from a Rose" by Seal, "Rock with You" by Michael Jackson, and "Somebody to Love" by Queen. After winning the competition, he released his album debut Show the World later in 2008, featuring collaborations with the Danish production team of Remee and Thomas Troelsen. The album predictably topped the Danish charts and included two number one singles, "The 1" and "Show the World." ~ Jason Birchmeier
