About Daniel Justin

Born in Bristol in 1990, organist and choral conductor Daniel Justin began his music studies at the Downside School with Christopher Tambling and David Bednall. He received his Bachelor of music degree with first-class honors from the University of Huddersfield in 2011, after having served as the organ scholar of Wakefield Cathedral and as acting assistant director of music. With the supervision of Graham Cummings, he received his Master's degree with merit in performance in 2012, and pursued post-graduate work in the area of improvisation with Bednall. Justin's performances have been broadcast on British television and on BBC Radio. He has been an accompanist for the Leeds chamber choir Ecclesia, and conductor of the Morley Music Society in West Yorkshire.
