About Abraxaz

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. 2012. High School freshman. I didn't fit in anywhere. Didn't find my place. It wasn't until a guy named Slug asked me to play drums for a band. Sounded cool. So I did it. This laid the foundation for everything that I do now musically. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jaguares, Bajo el Azul de Tu Misterio Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon (2011 Remastered) Santana, Supernatural (Remastered) Bonus Track Version The timelessness of them. The Dark Side of the Moon captures the human experience. Themes of time and money. Jaguares work always felt hopeful to me while also being enlightening. Supernatural is the perfect blend of many genres with its Latin core. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Nothing that I can say exactly. Because its not physical or even tangible. I am going to create a cultural shift so strong, that it will be difficult to ignore. Centered in Latin roots. Music that moves. Music that creates a cultural shift.
