In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in Lagos, inspired by icons like Michael Jackson and Fela. With early support from my family and a gospel rapper uncle, I discovered my voice in school shifting from rap to singing. That was the moment my passion for music truly came alive. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Michael Jackson, Thriller Sean Tizzle, Dues Sean Tizzle, Moving Forward (Vol. 1) My top 3 albums are Thriller - Michael Jackson, DUES - Sean Tizzle, and Moving Forward Vol 1. These records inspire me spiritually, but DUES remains the one that keeps me grounded and motivated through life’s ups and downs. Tell us why you chose this song. “Time & Season” Time & Season is more than a song to me; it captures the rhythm of life itself. It speaks directly to my journey, reminding me that growth is personal and every season has purpose. It’s a personal anthem that keeps me grounded, focused, and aligned. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Sean Tizzle’s most memorable career moment was winning the “Next Rated” award at The Headies in 2013 a milestone that validated his rise in the industry. Releasing his debut album The Journey was another defining highlight. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely. I’ve come a long way, but I still dream of a global tour, winning a Grammy, and collaborating with legends I grew up listening to. The journey continues, I’m just getting started.
