In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Around the age of four or five years old, my parents took me to see the Count Basie Orchestra in LA. The second act started with the brilliant and very much missed, Joe Williams singing, "Something To Live For". I was mesmerized!
