Like Swimming

Based out of the rich indie pop/rock haven of Stockholm, Swedish pop spellcasters Like Swimming formed in 2012 out of the ashes of confectionary five-piece You Say France & I Whistle. Built around the talents of Claes Carlström, Ida Hedene, and Petter Wesslander, the trio specializes in hook-filled, electro-tinged, crystalline pop songs that blend bucolic folk, chirpy synth rock, and blistering power pop into a sugary mid-afternoon snack. After issuing a debut single ("God Knows") independently, the group inked a deal with DigSin and began work on its debut long-player.
