Cedric Smith and Richard Keelan formed Perth County Conspiracy in 1969. Signed to Columbia soon after, the band (now including bassist Michael Butler) released The Perth County Conspiracy Does Not Exist in 1970 and Perth County Conspiracy Live the following year. Break out in Berlin was released in 1976 and Ten Lost Years -- And Then Some in 1977. ~ John Bush
