Vanya Cohen

Pianist Vanya Cohen has distinguished herself as both a concerto soloist and chamber musician. She was among Lazar Berman's last students. As a concerto soloist, Cohen has appeared with the Monte Carlo Philharmonic, the Nice Philharmonic, among others, and she is a frequent guest at festivals in Europe, the U.S., and Israel. Cohen is also an enthusiastic chamber music player who has recorded three albums of violin-and-piano music by Saint-Saëns with violinist Fanny Clamagirand. The most recent, featuring transcriptions of works from other media, appeared in 2021.
