Toronto-based duo Babygirl have keenly dubbed their melancholic, wispy-voiced indie pop/rock "bubblegum emo." After releasing their debut EP, As You Wish, in 2016, they maintained an intimate, yearning demeanor and their knack for leisurely melodies on releases like 2021's Losers Weepers EP and 2023's Be Still My Heart EP.
