Gregory Kramer

American electronic music composer, inventor, teacher, and author Gregory Kramer's solo works, created using analog tape recorders and Buchla synthesizers, focus on continuous timbral transformations. Kramer is a founding member of electro-acoustic group Electronic Art Ensemble, and he has designed electronic instruments with Robert Moog. A collection of his rarely heard early pieces, Veils of Transformation 1972-1980, was released in 2023.
