In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The release of our first EP, "Rock/Funk/Awesome", combined elements of our earliest funk and hard rock influences paved the way to playing larger shows including supporting Australian Rock powerhouses such as the ‘Screaming Jets’ and ‘Electric Mary’. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Electric Mary, Down to the Bone Led Zeppelin, Mothership (Remastered) Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stadium Arcadium Each of these dropped one the eve of us finding our chemistry. 'Mothership' is the perfect modern entry into Led Zeppelin. 'Stadium Arcadium' provided much inspiration. 'Down to the Bone' is Electric Mary playing rock & roll the way it used to taste. Tell us why you chose this song. “See It to Believe It” We filmed a vidoe for "See It to Believe It" leading up to our tour of the U.K. and Europe. We rotated many songs throughout our sets, but we could never leave this song out with its blend of groove, technicality and tension gaining good responses. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2012, we took our music to an international audience with a 40-show European tour, helping to solidify our status as an international rock act. We became enriched by the experience, returning home as a finely-tuned live act. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We are proud to release our remastered back catalog commemorating 15 years since our first shows and 10 years since our last, including 8 singles, 3 EPs, the self-titled album, in addition to the ‘C-Sides & Rarities’ and ‘Radio Songs’ compilations.
