Special Delivery

Washington, D.C. vocal group Special Delivery are better known on the go-go scene than nationally, although lead singer Mick Jessup is a topflight stylist. Their late-'70s LP Special Delivery was well produced and performed, but did little except in Washington and among international dance music fans. ~ Ron Wynn
