Djustin

Djustin is a trans-Atlantic duo featuring Swedish Acid House Kings and the Legends mastermind Johan Angergård and Detroit-area vocalist and Invisible Twin-member Rose Suau. Together they make icy, intensely atmospheric synth pop that owes a heavy debt to the '70s and '80s work of artists like Giorgio Moroder, Kraftwerk, and Vangelis. They met online in the '90s and corresponded for several years about their shared musical taste and various band projects. In 2015, Angergård began sending Suau instrumental tracks that she would then record her vocals onto. Two years later, Djustin released their debut full-length album, Voyagers. ~ Matt Collar
