In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mom playing records. Fats Domino, Sam Cooke, Louis Armstrong we're her favorites. She would sing along to the records for me. Fun times!!! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Al Di Meola, Elegant Gypsy Lost World Orchestra, Lost World Orchestra Mingo Lewis, Flight Never Ending I recorded Mingo's flight never ending album in 1976 at CBS studios SF. Al Di Meola heard some of the tracks when we were recording, loved them, and put 2 songs on his Elegant Gypsy album 1977. Tell us why you chose this song. “Positano” When I worked with Italian singer Patty Pravo we visited Positano on the Amalfi Coast I and it was blown away by it's beauty. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working with Carlos Santana, Al Di Meola, Bonnie Raitt, Patty Pravo, were all special times. On the Bay Area music scene , playing in Automatic Man, Mingo, The Freaky Executives, Clarence Clemons, the San Francisco Music Club, and Bandido.
