In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I used to see bar bands with my father when I was a kid and instantly fell in love with live music. I was writing musical poems before eventually starting my first band. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? At The Gates, Slaughter of the Soul (Expanded Edition) In Flames, Clayman Metallica, Master of Puppets These 3 albums are monumental. Each of these albums changed the trajectory of heavy metal as we know it today. They are some of the most influential albums by 3 of heavy metals biggest artists. Tell us why you chose this song. “Destiny Defined” This is the first song we released with our new lineup after our 10 year "Decade of Desire" celebration. Lyrically the song is motivating as it reminds the listener that we are the masters of our own destiny and that we can define our own fate. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We have been fortunate to have had some touring experience as a band. One of the biggest moments to date came in 2016 when we performed in Osaka Japan for the True Thrash Festival. Truly a remarkable moment and honor for all of us Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We have a lot of new music, and with the world opening up we'd like to get back to being an active band releasing new music often and playing out to as many people as possible. We've done a lot in 15 years as a band, and we strive to do more.
