Dick Brave

Dick Brave is the alter ego of German pop/rock singer Sascha Röntgen-Schmitz (aka Sasha), who, in addition to a solo career, fronts neo-rockabilly group Dick Brave & the Backbeat, known for putting a winking, 1950s twist on modern pop and rock songs. The band's 2003 debut, Dick This!, achieved multi-platinum status, paving the way for a sequel, Rock’n’Roll Therapy, in 2011. After years of dormancy, Schmitz brought the project back to life with the release of Back for Good in 2026.
