Roberto Marques

Roberto Marques is one of the top Brazilian trombonists. He recorded and played with Tom Jobim, Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento, Roberto Carlos, and Marisa Monte, among many other artists. He has played with groups of every genre from choro to jazz, including pop/rock acts like the Titãs. In 1999, the specialized critics raved his Trombone do Brasil, considered one of the best releases of the year in the instrumental category. ~ Alvaro Neder
