In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Seeing Hessel of Terschelling in his pub, singing with his guitar when I was 11 must be the first live shows I ever saw. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alexander O'Neal, Hearsay Prince, Lovesexy Soundgarden, Badmotorfinger (Super Deluxe Edition) I'm the biggest Prince fan that exists and all started with Lovesexy, though Hearsay must have been my favorite album of the eighties, danced a lot on that during school parties. Badmotorfinger was my gateway to metal. I'm a guitar player. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Voormalig Rebel” This is the only song of my band I wrote the lyrics for. Is about a friend of mine but meanwhile is a generic case of us men stop being social once you get a girlfriend. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at Noorderslag (1997), this is a very prestigious festival to play. Unfortunately after a very succesful show we were kicked out because we were partying too heavily. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We would really like to play on a festival like Lowlands, de zwarte cross or JOA.
