About Chris McKhool

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I ever played in public, I was singing Heart of Gold by Neil Young. I was so nervous actually dropped the guitar in the middle of the song. Everyone clapped, I took a bow, and it taught me early on to leave on a high note! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2008 I created the World's Largest Bicycle Bell Orchestra, with over 800 bell ringers at Sankofa Square (Yonge-Dundas) in Toronto. It was so much fun experiencing that sense of community as we took back our streets. We even had our Mayor on stage!
