In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I used to drum on pots and pans to my parent's 45 of The Beatles 'I want to hold your hand' when I was 8. I was able to experience killer 80's music real time while playing percussion in school bands. Later picked up the Guitar as a teenager. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Peter Gabriel, Peter Gabriel Plays Live Highlights The Beatles, Revolver U2, The Unforgettable Fire These albums triggered my imagination from the exotic to the harmonic. There is a sense of space and balance between instruments, rhythms, and melodies while creating a sonic landscape. The best music you can see. Tell us why you chose this song. “A Night At the Point's East” My band Rhinocerotic used to play a place in MKE called the Points East back in the 90's. I stopped in years later, had a pint, and wrote this song on a bar napkin. Always good to remember where you started. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Geez, I've opened for or played with Badfinger, Green Day, The Black Crowes, and others. We played the Jenny Jones show in the band Rhinocerotic. My favorite was recently opening for ABC in The First Wave. Great to hang with cool & legit rock stars. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, I think now is a good time for record companies to check out more seasoned musicians. I hope to get soundtrack placement as I write different genres. Thankful to play out in front of great crowds and see smiling faces everywhere.
