In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in Kindergarten, my teacher had a guitar she'd play for the class every day. Her name was Jean Davis, and her singing was powerful and guitar playing equally so. I loved her and the music so much it became one of my core childhood memories What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandi Carlile, Bear Creek Hozier, Hozier (Expanded Edition) The Oh Hellos, Notos These three albums really morphed my songwriting into what it is today. Using metaphor and beautifully intricate words to create a story, it's my favorite part of writing and listening to music -- unlocking the story there beneath. Tell us why you chose this song. “Little Dream” I wrote this song for a show where I opened for Kathy Mattea, and I wanted the audience to know that I was going to do anything and everything I could to make this "little dream" come true. Pursuing music to the best of my ability. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The moment I will be satisfied with my career will be when I have the chance to open up for or play with Brandi Carlile. I can die happy.
