In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Seeing an ad for the Beatles '1' on tv when I was five or six and immediately becoming obsessed with their music. It's probably the moment I first really connected with music and the first time I actively wanted to be a musician. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arthur Russell, World of Echo Talking Heads, Remain In Light (Deluxe Version) The National, High Violet (Expanded Edition) I love the aquatic, endless space that Russell created on World of Echo. Remain in Light is just an endlessly fascinating album of polyrhythms and cryptic lyrics, and I love my sad dads the National too much not to include one of their albums.
