In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is watching Janet Jackson perform on TV. I was so mesmerized by her singing and dancing that I was even watching when she would take a breath! I then joined my school choir after watching that performance. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Adele, 25 Aretha Franklin, Aretha Franklin: Greatest Hits (1980-1994) Mariah Carey, Butterfly These are legendary artists and albums. I think both 25 and Butterfly are beautiful full bodies of work. I first heard Aretha Franklin:Greatest Hits when I was 14 and realized this is what great music is. I love to put these albums on and sing along. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One huge thing on my bucket list is to win a Grammy. I've been dreaming about it since I was a little girl and watching it every year on TV.
