About Ulises Bueno

Ulises Bueno is an Argentine cuarteto singer and songwriter from Córdoba, the capital city of the genre. Even before his professional career began, Bueno already had a claim as cuarteto royalty on account of being the brother of Rodrigo Bueno, arguably the most popular cuarteto singer to emerge in the 1990s, and whose death in a car accident in 2000 at the age of 27 lent him a sort of national myth. When Ulises turned 18, he released his first solo album, Yo Volveré (2003), and for the following decade patiently proceeded to build a career in the shadow of his big brother. Mainstream national recognition arrived by the mid-2010s with albums such as Soy (2015) and Creo (2017). By the time Rompecabezas appeared in 2025, his discography comprised more than 30 studio and live albums.
