In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 8, my mom gave me the Lindsay Lohan “Rumors” album as a present in my Easter basket. I remember dancing on my bed to that song on repeat for hours, truly formative. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sugar” “Sugar” is about the roller coaster of a toxic relationship, and the bittersweet taste of rage. I wrote it in an hour after a breakup, and recorded it in my bedroom. It’s my first release as an artist and I’m so excited to share it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I grew up obsessing over music videos on YouTube and we got to shoot my first video for “Sugar” a little bit ago, and it was a dream come true. It’s coming out very soon 🎉
