Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Andy Mineo, I: The Arrow - EP Maverick City Music, Maverick City Music, Vol. 3: Pt. 1 twenty one pilots, Vessel Twenty One Pilots got me through high school. Their music in Vessel kickstarted my mental health journey. The Arrow by Andy Mineo helped me while in college. He talked about some of his own struggles with anxiety and depression.
