In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in elementary school, I went to my best friend's house and his older brother was playing Fugees "The Score" album. I was mesmerized by the music. That year I got the Wyclef and Lauryn Hill albums for Christmas and loved Hip-Hop ever since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, Late Registration Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill These albums had a huge influence on my musical taste and creative output. Tell us why you chose this song. “LMOLMA” One of my final collaborations with duet partner and creative counterpart Wes Mackey. His vocals were recorded before his death several years ago. We previously released a Hip-Hop/Blues duet album, later nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award.
