Hannah Ellis

Initially earning national attention for "Officer Down," her 2016 tribute to her slain cousin, Hannah Ellis touched upon several different trends in 2010s popular music. She debuted with a country single, then appeared on The Voice in 2015. After releasing an eponymous debut EP for Curb in 2017, Ellis moved steadily in a modern pop direction with electronic, R&B, and rock influences in a series of duets, while also re-emphasizing her country roots through singles like 2022's "Country Can" and 2023's "Wine Country." Her full-length debut, That Girl, was released at the beginning of 2024.
