The Blue Ventures

The first female Road March winner in 21 years, Sanell Dempster (born 1973) has led the Blue Ventures to the forefront of Caribbean music. A former vocalist for Taxi, Atlantik, Traffik, and Sound Revolution, Dempster joined the Blue Ventures in 1996. Dempster recorded a solo album, River, and competed in the Road March in 1999. ~ Craig Harris
