The Beast of the Apocalypse

Not to be confused with Lucifer, the Morning Star, or the Fallen One, this particular Beast of the Apocalypse is actually a black metal band based in the Netherlands' Friesland Province. Founded in 2009 by the multi-tasking duo of H.T. Mozes (vocals, guitar, synths, drums) and S. Serpentijn (bass, vocals, synths, drums), the tremendously misanthropic project unleashed its conspicuously primal, lo-fi debut album, A Voice from the Four Horns of the Golden Altar (intentionally recorded to sound like a low-quality demo), the following year, through the Transcendental Creations label. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
