In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical impressions were church music, The Wizard of Oz & Sound of Music on TV, as well as browsing my folks' record collection, which included John Denver, Kenny Rogers, and Abba, among others. My first album was MJ's Thriller! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bobby Darin, Live At the Desert Inn Electric Light Orchestra, Time The Monkees, Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd. Great listens from top to bottom. Darin could do anything and shows it here on a rare Motown release. ELO harmonies and melodies cannot be beat on this 'concept' album. And PACJ ltd. is considered by most to be The Monkees best album - Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Weekend in the Summertime” It was a blast writing this as an homage to Brian Wilson & the Beach Boys. Picking the instruments & adding the harmony stacks proved challenging but exciting. Writing this song led me to write an entire album based on my influences (Holdin' On).
