Lying on the floor of my parents' van on a road trip, listening to The Ataris' Blue Skies, Broken Hearts...Next 12 Exits and Taking Back Sunday's Tell All Your Friends. I went super in-depth with it, reading the lyrics and feeling so captivated. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Death Cab for Cutie, Plans Saves The Day, Stay What You Are The Early November, The Room's Too Cold Saves The Day put me into this whole new world of emotional rock music. The Early November was probably my first favorite band, and I felt like their record had such an atmosphere to it...and Death Cab are the absolute best to do it. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Birds (Pure Happiness)” I love all my songs, but this song has both the hopeful and the sadness in one. It's anthemic and grand, but intimate. It's everything I wanted to make. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really want to open for Gin Blossoms and Saves the Day. Either on the same tour or different—I'm open to either, haha.
