Pier Béland

The daughter of beloved actor/comedian Réal Béland and brother of renowned comedian Réal Béland, Jr., award-winning, Montreal-born, French-Canadian singer Pier Béland enjoyed a wildly successful 40-year career before her death from cervical cancer in 2013. Her last album, the country-tinged Ce Que Je Suis, was released posthumously, the day after she passed. ~ James Christopher Monger
