King of Woolworths

Jon Brooks began sending out demos and posting songs on the Internet under the name King of Woolworths in 2001. He gained enough attention to get a deal through Mantra Recordings, where he released 2002's experimental and electronic-based Ming Star. ~ Bradley Torreano
